The respiratory system is the only system in the body that can operate both consciously and unconsciously. Yet most of us rarely engage in a conscious relationship with our breath. 

There are myriad styles of breathwork, with many different goals depending on the type. My approach is to support you in reconnecting with your breath. 

The benefits of a single breathwork session can be quite profound, as we can gain immediate self-awareness through direct experience. 

A breathwork session is best suited for those looking for a quick, simple, and constantly accessible tool for self-regulation and well-being, and for anyone looking to improve their overall health. It can also be very helpful for those struggling with insomnia, anxiety, or pelvic floor challenges.                                           

  • Observation

    During a session, I will guide you through a short and simple relaxation practice, and observe your breathing patterns.

  • Enhancement

    Informed by your unique expression of breath, I will then use various prompts and cues to guide you in consciously breathing into different parts of your body to direct and move energy into those areas.

  • Continuation

    I will share breathwork practices for you to engage in on your own. These will help you to continue your relationship with your inner source of life.
