🌟 Immerse yourself in a transformative experience as I introduce the practice of Yoga Nidra, sharing my deep love for it and explaining how it supports healing and transformation.

🧘‍♀️ The session begins with a calming Yin Yoga practice to transition from mind to body, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra-guided relaxation.

🍵 We will conclude in a warm circle, sipping homemade tea, with time for journaling, drawing, or sharing your insights if you feel called to do so.
