Yoga Nidra - Guided Healing Deep Relaxation
✨ Join me for an Intimate Mystical Yoga Nidra Afternoon to explore the feminine and masculine archetypes within ourselves
🌟 Immerse yourself in a transformative experience as I introduce the practice of Yoga Nidra, sharing my deep love for it and explaining how it supports healing and transformation.
🧘♀️ We will explore movement through a gentle Yoga practice to transition from mind to body, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra-guided relaxation.
🍵 We will conclude in a warm circle, sipping homemade tea, with time for journaling, drawing, or sharing your insights if you feel called.
🌙 You'll leave feeling deeply relaxed, connected, and touched by some magic. ✨
🧸 What to bring:
Comfortable clothes for movement and rest
A blanket or two
A pillow or something soft for your head
Your favorite mug for tea
A journal if you enjoy writing
No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

Divine Feminine New Moon Circle
🌙✨ Join Ana and Brittany Derrenbacher for the Jewish new moon, Rosh-Chodesh ✨🌙
Our Divine Feminine New Moon Circle is inspired by the Jewish ritual of Rosh Chodesh — women coming together on each new moon to reset, reflect, and connect. The month of Iyar is known as a time of reaching toward heading. This will be a restorative evening steeped in the loving power of community. You’ll end the evening in closer alignment with yourself and your body, as well as the cycles of the moon and the Hebrew calendar. This is a transformative space that can only be created in community!
Together we will:
Reset: Get grounded in the spiritual energy of the month, guided by Brittany Derrenbacher & Ana Paliza-Brown
Reflect: Gain insight into how the themes of the month are shaping your life and the month ahead.
Connect: Take time with a small group, an authentic space to be seen and heard with love.
